Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2018 Ford F-350 with Factory Rail Kit
Question:
I have a 2018 F350 SRW Diesel with 5th wheel prep package Ford Puck System. I’m not sure if it is considered a side mount hitch, which Air Lift references in their fitment specs. Will these bags work with the Ford factory 5th wheel prep package? Thank You

The factory Ford Fifth Wheel Rail Kit your 2018 Ford F-350 is not considered a side-mount rail kit so you would not be able to use the Air Lift kit you mentioned.
Instead we have the Timbrens part # TFR350SDJ which are a confirmed fit for your truck, I recommend them as they will give you the support you want, and are compatible with the in-bed hitch. What's also great about the Timbrens is that they install much easier than air bags and you never have to mess with inflating or deflating bags. Once installed they are always ready when needed.
