Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2018 Ford F-350 with Factory 5th Wheel Rail Kit

Question:

I have a 2018 F350 Diesel with Factory 5th wheel prep Puck System. Air Ride website states these Airbags will not work with Diesel and may not work with 5th wheel prep package. Do you have another air bag recommendation? Would like something in the 6000-7000 lb. capacity range. Thank You

We have suspension enhancement that does fit your 2018 Ford F-350 with an in-bed fifth wheel rail kit installed, but the Air Lift and Firestone kits you mentioned will not fit due to the rail kit. Instead we have the Timbrens part # TFR350SDJ which are a confirmed fit for your truck, will give you the support you want, and are compatible with the in-bed hitch. What's also great about the Timbrens is that they install much easier than air bags and you never have to mess with inflating or deflating bags. Once installed they are always ready when needed.
