For your 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class III # C13195. This trailer hitch easily bolts into place and will give you a 2 inch receiver for towing or for accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier. The attached video shows a Kia Sorento which uses the same hitch and manner of installation.

If you will be towing with this hitch, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches # 989900. This kit will give you hitch ball options as well as two ball mounts for different rise and drop possibilities. When not in use, you can store them in the included bag.

For wiring, at this time the only option is the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT which will not impact your factory wiring but will use zero contact interface sensors to capture the signals needed and the module will draw the power needed directly from your battery.
