Based on what you listed yes, the Dexter EZ Flex kit part # K71-652-00 is correct for your 2011 Keystone Outback Sydney. The only thing you might verify is the distance between the bolt holes from left to right on your current equalizer. They'd need to be between 5-1/4 and 6-1/4 inches.
