Recommended Storage Cover for Winnebago 2106 DS Micro Minnie

Question:

I have a Winnebago 2106 DS Micro Minnie. The length is 21 feet, 11 inches. Spare tire is on back. I live in Ohio with cold windy winters. What would be the best cover and size to get? Should I get a 22foot or 24 foot? Thank you.

Based on my research it does look like your Winnebago 2106 DS Micro Minnie features an overall length of 21 feet and 11 inches like you mentioned, however this length is including the tongue. When measuring for a storage cover you want to measure from the longest two points (including a rear mounted spare like what you have) but excluding the tongue/hitch.

From the information that other customers with this same trailer have provided us, it looks like the length of your camper without the tongue is just about 19 feet. I do recommend verifying this by taking a quick measurement on your Micro Minnie.

With this in mind I recommend going with the Adco RV Cover # AD47ZR, which is designed for trailers that are 20 to 22 feet in length. This particular cover is designed specifically for the harshest of weather that your camper will go through during those dark winter months in Ohio. It features extra reinforcements throughout the top and bottom portions, a water-resistant (yet breathable) construction, and front and rear cinching systems to remove slack and reduce billowing in the wind.
