The weld nuts on your 2007 Toyota Sienna XLE won't actually stop the M12 - 1.25 x 40 HEX bolts that come with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13105 you referenced. The bolts should be driven up until they make contact with the included washer and trailer hitch. These need to be torqued to the specs found in the linked installation instructions. I am not sure how deep the OEM weld nuts are on your Sienna.

If you are looking to acquire new hardware you can get M12 - 1.25 x 40 HEX bolts as well as the 1/2" conical tooth washers from us using part # RHK. Just go to the product page, select "Curt" from the manufacturer drop-down menu, and then enter the hitch number 13105 to get the correct replacement hardware.

Please note that hardware should be replaced every time the trailer hitch is installed (if you are moving it from one vehicle to another).
