Rear Suspension Kit Compatible with 2018 Ford F-350 with Factory In-Bed Hitch

Hello, I am sorry if this has been asked before but reading the Q andA has me a little confused. I have a 2018 F350 SRW with the OEM 5th wheel puck system. Can you confirm that the Firestone F2600 will fit this vehicle? The Installation Notes say : Not compatible with in-bed hitch

The installation brackets of the Firestone rear air bag kit # F2600 will interfere with the factory hitch installation in your 2018 F-350, but we do offer jounce spring kits that will work along with the factory hitch. SuperSprings jounce spring kit # SSR-127-54 fits both 2WD and 4WD versions of the F-350 and installs without drilling. This set of springs will provide 2800-lbs of leveling support, and unlike air bags, will require no maintenance.

These SuperSprings will stiffen the rear suspension when it is under the load of your trailer's pin weight but they will not otherwise change the truck's ride quality. The springs' resistance is progressive, so they stiffen as the load on them increases.
