To tow a small trailer with your 2019 Hyundai Sante Fe, I recommend starting with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13195. This is a simple bolt on application that will serve you well and will install just like the Kia Sorento video I've attached. I've also attached the installation instructions to help.
For your trailer wiring, I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT which will capture signal from your factory wires without splicing. This will give you a 4-way flat trailer connection.
If the camper has trailer brakes then you will need the Universal Brake Controller Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This will give you the wiring, connectors, and everything you need to install a brake controller. For that brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This is a proportional brake controller that applies the trailer brakes at the same time and with the same amount of force as you hit the brake pedal in your Santa Fe.
Finally you will need a ball mount. I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900 for your Santa Fe. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you prefer an adjustable mount for level trailer transport, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch # BWTS10037B because of its adjustability, ball options, and stowable feature.
This will complete your towing setup for your 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe.
