Trailer Hitch and Wiring Recommendation for 2018 Honda Pilot

For your 2018 Honda Pilot the best hitch option is the etrailer.com hitch part # E98840. I recommend this hitch because it has a concealed cross tube which means it will be mostly hidden and because it is made in the USA. Check out the install video I attached for more info on this as well.
For trailer wiring you'd want the part # 118760 for a 4-way or the part # 118286 for a 7-way. These are our most reliable options we offer due to the these kits having the best converter boxes so I recommend them the highest.
If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
