Equal-i-Zer Weight Distribution System Recommendation for 11.4k Trailer and Lifted Truck
Question:
I have a 4x4 2500 dodge ram with a 2inch lift. Im thinking that the 3inch adjustment on the shank may not be enough. Do you have a shank with more adjustment, maybe up to 5 or 6 inches? I need to purchase a 14,000 distribution hitch. The trailer is 11,400 pounds GRW which would yield at least 1,1400 tongue weight. I think the tongue weight will be more like 1,200 to 1,300 pounds with load. Is this the correct hitch?

Based on the tongue weight you listed having and needing a larger drop shank the Equal-i-Zer Weight Distribution system you'd want is the part # EQ37141ET which has a tongue weight range of 1,000 lb to 1,400 lbs.
For lifted trucks like yours a larger drop shank like the part # EQ90-02-4400 would be your best option as it allows you to do drops up to 9 inches which is about right for a truck like yours with a 2 inch lift.
