Easy Way to Lift Weight Distribution Spring Bars into Place on Trailer

THE SPRING ARE SO TIGHT I NEED AN IRON BAR AS A FULCRUM TO FORCE THE BARS IN PLACE. I CAN NOT MOVE THE BARS MANUALLY. SUGGESTIONS?

Spring bar tension can be pretty tough to overcome when hanging the bars of a weight distribution system but there is an easy solution. What makes this process the easiest though is to use the jack to raise the rear of the vehicle and trailer nose with the coupler connected to the hitch ball which will make putting the spring bars into position very easy.
To make this process as easy as possible a powered a-frame jack like the part # EJ-3520-BBX would be a great solution.
