For your 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 76227. This is because unlike most of the other Class III hitches available for your vehicle, this unit features a hidden design where only the receiver portion is visible beneath the rear bumper of the vehicle. I really like the clean, OEM appearance this creates especially on a newer vehicle like your 2018 Outback Wagon.
