Recommended No-Drill Trailer Hitch for a 1997 Dodge Ram 2500
Question:
Hey I got a 97 Dodge Ram 2500 2wd short bed diesel. I am trying to find a tow hitch that does not require me to drill any holes. I will be probably towing around 10-12,000 pounds.

For your 1997 Dodge Ram 2500, I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15318 which offers a no-drill installation on most and towing capacity up to 16,000 lbs. In order to be sure no drilling is required for you, you will want to take a peek under the truck on the rear sections of the frame rail. If there are three pre-drilled holes on each side then there won't be any drilling required. It does however require the factory rear bumper for installation. This hitch is also made in the USA.
I have attached a sample install video for you as well.
