Solution for Needing Replacement Axle for Trailer

I NEED A REPLACEMENT AXLE and LEFT SIDE SELF ADJUSTING BRAKE CI35-SB-86.5-68.5-NOSP-OS-L-545-7242-18pt

From the number you gave me on your axle it looks like you have a 3,500 lb axle that has 86.5 inches from hub face to hub face and 68.5 inches from spring seat center to spring seat center. It also looks like the hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. I wish we had that exact axle but we only have a limited selection currently so you'll need to find a local trailer shop who can order you in the exact axle you need based with the exact specs mentioned.
For a left side, self-adjusting brake assembly though we have the # AKEBRK-35L-SA.
