For your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD there are many adapters. Here is the list based on brand:
Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers # 3016 is the adapter you need for Tekonsha and Draw-Tite Brake Controllers.
Curt brake controllers will use # C51451.
Hayes controllers will use # HA81798-HBC.
Hopkins controllers will use # HM53075.
For a more universal pigtail, you can use # 3016-S.
I've also attached an article on GM Full Sized trucks with the factory integrated brake controller to assist with further wiring for the harness to work properly when installed.

My 2500 Silverado did not come with the brake controller on the L/H dash. I installed an aftermarket Curt controller, but was hoping I could somehow fill that empty space where the controller that was supposed to be in would go.
