Jeep Wranglers are notorious for having easy trailer hitch installations to the factory bumper. The 2019 models continue in their legacy and have a simple 4 bolt installation like their previous models. I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13432 which is rated for 3,500 lbs towing or 4,000 lbs when using a weight distribution system.

This basic 2 inch receiver is made to be used and stand up to the on and off-road reputation of a Jeep Wrangler. I've attached photos to assist.

For your trailer wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118786 which installs behind the tail lights and draws power directly from the vehicle battery. I recommend using the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 to hold the trailer connector near the receiver using the self-tapping screws.
