Question:
Brake lights work, running lights work, emergency flashers work but no turn signals?? Any ideas how to fix. Just installed the 56128-T kit.

The first thing you will need to do is make sure all of the connections are being firmly made from the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56331 to your 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. If every connector is making a good connection, you will next need start testing the different functions and circuits to track down the root of the problem.
A good place to start is with the black box from the # C56331. I will want to use a circuit tester like a # PTW2993 to test the circuits going into the box and out of the box (I attached a review video on the circuit tester to show you how it works). On the input side of the box, you will want to test the circuits for blinking voltage to see if the blinker circuits are making it into the box. If so, you will need to test the output side for blinking voltage as well.
If you find that the blinker signal is making it into the box but not on the output side of the box, then you know that the box is at fault. If there is no blinking voltage going into the box, then you know the problem is further up on the circuit on the vehicle side. If there is voltage going into the box and coming out, then you know the problem is further down the circuit and you should continue to test for voltage on the trailer side until you find the problem.
I attached installation instructions for this product and an FAQ on trailer wiring for you to check out also.
