The best trailer hitch option for your 2018 Toyota Sienna for both towing and for accessories like a bike rack is the either the Draw-Tite # 76112 with the concealed crosstube or the Draw-Tite # 75237 which is stronger and easier to install. It comes down to preference and use for the best between these two options.

Both of these options will allow you to use a bike rack so I've linked your options. You will simply want to make sure you have clearance from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack to utilize all the rack functions. The attached videos show the 4 inch requirement of the # 76112 and the 6-1/2 inch requirement of # 75237. If you want a recommendation let me know, but I have attached the link to all your options to assist.

For your wiring harness required for towing, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118648 for all models other than the SE. For the SE model, you will instead need the # 118498. Both of these options will connect to factory wiring behind your vehicle tail light assemblies. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery and insert the provided fuse. For a ball mount, you may be interested in the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10035B which will give you the two hitch ball sizes that will work well with your vehicle capacity. It is adjustable to give you 3 inches of drop or up to 3-1/2 inches of rise to help you tow your trailer level. It also has a nice stowable option to protect your shins when not in use and has a clean look. You may also be interested in a hitch lock like # e98882 to protect your ball mount or other accessories you've invested in.
