Although there is not a specific psi for an unloaded Ford F-250 with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88396 you do need to make sure you have enough air pressure to maintain a level ride height and there is a minimum of 5 psi. The ride height can vary so you will need to adjust the psi to see what works for your particular truck.

To make this a much easier process I highly recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000. This compressor system uses a wireless remote control and automatically maintains pressure levels and also gives you diagnostic reports so that you don't have to constantly keep checking the psi on both springs.
