Hitch Recommendation for 2008 Forester to Carry a RockyMounts MonoRail

Will this fit on a 2008 Subaru Forester in either of the hitch mounts?

The RockyMounts MonoRail 2 bike rack # RKY10003 will fit the Draw Tite hitch part # 36311 that is a confirmed fit for your 2008 Subaru Forester. It also fits the Curt # C12038 which fits too, but since the Draw Tite doesn't require a stabilizer strap like the Curt does it's the way to go.
