Yes, the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain # RM-576 will work with your 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler Unlimited as long as you have a Roadmaster base plate kit installed. If you have the standard factory bumper then you can use the EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-521448-4. Let me know if you have a different bumper and I can see what we have that will work with both your bumper and the Sterling All Terrain.
A complete flat towing setup includes a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. Since the Sterling All Terrain comes with safety cables you will already have 3 of the 6 components.
For wiring I recommend the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 and then for a braking system I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. Both of these install permanently on your Jeep and require the least amount of setup when you get ready to flat tow. to ensure that the lights on your Jeep work properly when you are towing it you will also need the Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400.
Most flat towing setups require a high-low adapter for the tow bar to remain level while towing. I have linked our selection of adapters for you to check out as well as an article that will help you determine which is the best one for your application.
I have attached some videos that you can reference but you will also want to check your owner's manual for any specific instructions when it comes to flat towing your Jeep.
