Are All Metal Parts of CE Smith Roller Bunks Galvanized
Question:
I am interested in the following product: CE Smith Roller Bunks for Boat Trailers - 5 Rollers Each - 4foot Long - 1,500 lbs - 1 Pair Item # CE27700. I know that the metal bunks are galvanized. In my application these bunks will stay outside all of the time and one pair of the bunks I would buy 4 pairs would be under water all of the time fresh water, not salt water. Are the other components such as the axles for the rollers also galvanized?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes, according to CE Smith all of the metal parts on Roller Bunks # CE27700 are galvanized. If they were not then the dissimilar metals could cause galvanic corrosion even if they weren't in water.
