Troubleshooting OEM Brake Controller on a 2006 Ford F-350
Question:
I have a 2006 6L, F350 superduty with factory installed TBC. My RV is on blocks, and has just had all 4 tire brakes adjusted. The slide on the TBC works great. Stops them spinning. I can push the plus button all the way up to 10, and depress the brake and nothing. Q1, does that year have the inertia sensor in the TBC which would explain why nothing happens when I depress the brake pedal. There are two electrical connections which attach to the bottom of the brake cylinder under the fluid reservoir. I believe they have transducers. Q2, do these fail? And if so would that affect the voltage goe throught the TBC and possibly explain why there is no voltage getting sent to the trailer brakes? What do these 2 connect to?

If your OEM controller on your 2006 Ford F-350 is a proportional controller, like the Prodigy P2 # 90885, then it will likely only send power back through the pedal when you are actually moving. The P2 has an internal inertia sensor so that it won't send a lot of power back to the brakes if you are barely moving.
If you are trying to use your OEM brake controller on your F-350 and also use a Titan BrakeRite like part # T4813100 then what you are needing is an adapter. For this specific adapter part you would need adapter # DX35FR.
If you are trying to use your OEM brake controller on your F-350 and also use a Titan BrakeRite like part # T4813102, then what you are needing is an adapter. For this specific adapter part you would need adapter # T4845900.
Sometimes the OEM controllers have difficulty talking with the electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) actuator so this adapter is needed. When using the brake pedal the full power isn't sent back but when using the manual override the full power is sent which is somehow allowing it to communicate.
If you aren't using an EOH system and you are simply experiencing problems with your EOM controller then I wouldn't know of any replacement parts (it is very unlikely that they would have replacement internal components). I would just swap it out for an aftermarket controller like the P2 that I mentioned above.
