What are the bolts supposed to be torqued to?

The Timbren rear axle jounce spring kit # TFR350SDF which fits your 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty does not include specific torque specs so when you install these you'll simply want to snug down the bolts. I suggest 1/4 turn after the bolts stop rotating.

I did check with Timbren and they confirmed the 1/4 turn should be just fine.
