How to Reduce Rear Sag on 2018 Toyota Tundra When Towing Trailer
Question:
Have a 2018 Toyota Tundra towing a 6,000 pound trailer loaded. Getting sag when hooked up - what's the best option to remedy this?

When rear vehicle sag is a result of tongue weight from a trailer the best solution is a weight distribution system. A properly rated system will evenly distribute weight over the axles of both the trailer and your 2018 Tundra to create a more level ride for your setup. Many systems also feature integrated sway control that will help keep the trailer in line during travel.
When choosing a system the most important factor to consider is the total tongue weight of your setup. This number includes both the loaded tongue weight of your trailer plus any additional cargo weight coming from behind the rear axle of your Tundra. Ideally this number will fall somewhere near the middle of the operating range on the system you choose.
Using a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 is the most accurate method for determining your trailer's loaded tongue weight but we can take a quick estimate using the trailer weight you mentioned. A trailer's tongue weight should be 10 to 15 percent of its total weight, so we can use the 6,000-pound loaded weight you provided to estimate a loaded tongue weight of around 600 to 900 pounds.
For the range you are looking at I recommend checking out the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System # FA94-00-1000. This system has a tongue weight capacity of 600 to 1,000 pounds and will do a great job of reducing that rear sag you're experiencing. The only thing you would need to add is a compatible hitch ball like the 2-5/16 inch # 63840 or the 2 inch # A-90.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this system that you can check out along with a great article on the subject that you might find helpful.
