Troubleshooting Exterior Lights of Horse Trailer Not Working Towed by Chevy Silverado 2500

I have a 2500 chevy silerado with a horse trailer and the lights that will flip on with a switch for the lights inside of trailer and the spot bulb on outside dont turn on

The lights you mentioned on your horse trailer are typically powered by the 12 volt power circuit of your trailer wiring. Since you said you have a Chevy Silverado it's most likely due to the fact that circuit isn't always completed. You can complete it by making a few connections under the hood of the truck.
