Can the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver Be Used to Carry a Scooter

I have a 30foot Four Winds travel trailer. Can I use this hitch for a cargo carrier and scooter, weighing about 200 lbs?

The Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13701 is going to be the better option for your cargo carrier and scooter. The Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100 that you referenced does indeed have a 350 lb tongue weight rating however, the bumper on your RV is likely less. You can check this by contacting the manufacturer but I do believe the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver would be better suited for your application.
Please keep in mind that if you are using a cargo carrier on the back of an RV, it must be approved for this use as not all are. If the cargo carrier has a folding shank then it cannot be used on a RV but if it has a fixed shank then it can be used on an RV. For example, the Pro Series Steel Solo Cargo Carrier part # PS10401-10402 has a fixed shank therefore can be used on an RV.
