How to Use a Trailer with Euro 7-Way on a Vehicle with US 4-Way

Question:

Im aware that eTrailer has the opposite of what Im asking for used when one owns a Land Rover and wants to tow a US trailer. I need the reverse. I have a small camping trailer with a Euro 7-pin wiring and I need to be able to plug it into a US Flat 4 or US anything for that matter. Got one or am I going to have to rewire this thing? Im looking at 118709, but I am not certain thats it.

I do have an option for you that will allow you to pull your trailer but they do not make an adapter that will convert a male Euro 7-way to a female US 4-way to my knowledge. Therefore, you will need to make your own harness with a combination of part # 118158, part # 16-4B-1 (per foot), and part # HM48192.

I have attached a wiring diagram of the above for you as well.
