How to Use a Reese 16K 5th Wheel Hitch on a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 with Prep Package

I have a Reese 16K 5th wheel hitch that was in my 2007 Chevy 3500 dually now I need a 5th wheel prep package that my 5th wheel will mount to my new 2018 3500 factory 5th wheel prep package Thx

In order to reuse your Reese 16K 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP3004 in your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 with the factory prep package you will need to use the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package part # DM6194 if you have the 6-1/2' bed or part # DM6206 if you have the 8' bed. This is currently the only option available for you to reuse your 5th wheel hitch.
