Would Fulton XLT Winch # F142425 Have Enough Capacity for 1,500 lb

I have a 19 foot glastron boat is a 1500 pound winch strong enough it slips when I use it

Typically, when picking out a winch for a boat trailer you only need a winch with half the weight capacity of the total weight of the boat. So, your boat weighs 1,500 lbs which means you'd only need a capacity of 750 lbs. The Fulton XLT part # F142425 would have way more capacity than needed at 3,200 lbs so it would be a great option if this is what you are wanting.
If your winch is slipping, it's most likely damaged and need of being replaced.
