Distance From Hitch Pin Hole to Hitch Ball Hole
Question:
Looking at the Draw-Tite ball mount, #36078, there are conflicting dimensions given in the write-up. At the top of the description it says: measures 11-3/4inch from center of hitch pin hole to center of ball hole. In the body of the description it says: Length: 7-1/2inch from center of hitch pin hole to center of ball hole. Which is it??

Good question. I went out and measured the ball mount, part # 36078, myself. It's 7-1/2 inches from the pin hole the hitch ball hole. You can actually see the measurement taken in the video I linked for you.
If you don't have a hitch ball to fit already part # 19254 is a 1-7/8 ball and part # 19258 is a 2 inch ball. Both have a 3/4 inch diameter shank to fit the ball mount.
