How to Install Reese Weight Distribution System to Trailer with I-Beam Frame

Question:

I currently have the RP66075 system on an 18 foot Cargo trailer with a 14,000 LBS GVWR. I am wondering if you are aware if Reese has any adapters so I can use this same RP66075 system on my dump box trailer with same GVWR but the problem is the dump trailer frame is made from I beams so there is no flat surface on inside or outside to attach these standard Snap-up Brackets or brackets to the A Frame. I want to attach the Sway Controls - Dual Cam Part Number 26002 and Snap-up Bracket w/Set Screw and Safety Pin Part Number 21501 to my Dump Box Trailer but dont know if Reese has an adapter to fit the I beam configuration.

I've spoken with Reese before about situations like yours where the trailer has an I-beam and their solution was to attach bolt on brackets like the part # RP58305 to a section of steel and then have that steel welded to the I-beam to box it. This will be the best way to attach the WD system # RP66075 to your trailer.

I wish there was a way to attach the Dual Cam setup too but there isn't an adapter for that at this time.
