B and W has a slider fifth wheel hitch that is a direct fit to the factory rail kit of your 2019 Ford F-350 as the Companion Slider part # BWRVK3370. To use the Patriot Slider part # BWRVK3270 you'd need to use the Ford rail kit adapter too part # RP30156. This hitch is set up to fit industry standard fifth wheel rails so the Ford rail kit adapter would be all you'd need.
