Does HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # HBA16 Have to Mount Upright

Does this actuator have to be mounted level to function correctly? Or can it be mounted on its side or vertically?

The HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # HBA16 that you referenced has to install upright. It would not function properly if you install it mounted upside down or on it's side.
