I do have an option for you, however the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118354 referenced in your question will not fit your 1994 Jeep Cherokee. This particular custom harness is designed for the 1997-2001 Jeep Cherokee, so your 1994 model will not have the needed factory ports for this to plug into.
For your 1994 Jeep Cherokee I recommend the Tekonsha Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light Kit # 119178KIT instead. This is a universal, hardwire kit that will provide you with a 4-Way connector on the Jeep. A circuit tester is included to help with installation. I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can also take a look at.
There is not a custom plug-in harness available for your 1994 Jeep Cherokee.
