How to Locate the Left Side Tail Light Wiring Harness on a 2005 Volkswagen Touareg

Question:

We bought and installed a trailer hitch from you and the install of the hitch itself went perfectly - did break a tail light but not your issue. The question is with the wirining kit - we can access and identify all the wires from the left side tail light but cannot access the right tail light wiring so cannot install - do you know how to access the left side tail light wiring in 2005 Touareg? HELP!!!

In order to access the left side tail light wiring to install a Wiring Harness # C59496 on your 2005 Volkswagen Touareg you will need to remove the rear pillar covering to see the harness.
