All of the trailer wiring harnesses we have for your 2013 Ford Explorer like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118540 will combine the separate turn and brake signal lighting on your Explorer to combined turn and brake signal lighting.
In order to wire a european trailer connector onto your Explorer you would need to splice into each circuit on the vehicle with a quick splice connector like part # SWC501746-1 and then run the wire to respective terminal on the trailer connector.
