Trailer hitches are vehicle-specific fits so a hitch from a 2006 Dodge Dakota would not fit a 2017 Nissan NV200 van.
For a '17 NV200 I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75898, which is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver that bolts on; it will not require any drilling into your van's frame to install. For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 118597.
I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
