Troubleshooting Furrion Back-Up/Obversation Camera Connection
Question:
We have the Furrion camera mounted to the back of our Montanna High Country 5th wheel RV. While traveling down the road, the monitor fell off the dash and now we cannot get reception of the camera on the monitor. The antenna appears to have come loose when it fell. How can we tell if the issue is with the antenna or if the camera and monitor are no longer paired. Thank you in advance for any help/advise you can give

Expert Reply:
You can unpair your camera and monitor, and then attempt to pair them again using the setting on your monitor. If you get connection and all is well, you know they simply became unpaired and have solved your connection issue.
If the connection is not resolved, then you know that the fall has in some way effected the receiver on your monitor and you will want to replace the system. Although the camera can be bought individually, the monitor cannot. You will want to replace the system with the Furrion RV Observation Camera System w/ Monitor and Bracket - Wireless - 4.3" Screen # FOS43TASF.
