I took a look at the online version of the owner's manual for your 2018 Buick Envision AWD and found that it can be flat towed behind an RV with all 4 wheels on the ground. I do recommend verifying this information in your copy of the manual as well as reviewing the specific steps you will need to take before pulling the vehicle. This section is titled "Recreational Vehicle Towing" in the manual.
In order to flat tow your Buick Envision you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, a lighting solution, and a supplemental braking system.
Starting with the base plates I recommend the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-523188-4. This base plate kit is custom fit for your vehicle and features a hidden bracket design for a nice clean look when you aren't towing.
For a compatible tow bar that will work great with your vehicle I recommend the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain # RM-576. This tow bar has a non-binding design that allows for easy hookup and extra-long telescoping arms for better maneuverability on the road. It has an 8,000 pound towing capacity and safety cables are included so you won't need to purchase those separately.
For a lighting solution I just recommend adding the Roadmaster Towing Combo Kit # RM-9284-2 that includes the necessary wiring to sync up the Buick's lights with the RV's along with a cover to protect the Sterling Tow Bar and various other accessories like padlocks and a storage bag.
According to your Buick's owner's manual, both the 29 and 32 (Body Control Module) fuses need to be pulled before flat towing to prevent the battery from draining. I recommend adding the Fuse Bypass Switch # RM76512 to help simplify this process.
Then for a supplemental braking system I highly recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. This proportional system will activate the brakes in your Buick at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in the RV. This just requires the initial installation and the system becomes virtually maintenance free thereafter.
Finally, you will likely need a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar level. I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup, along with a link that will take you to our available selection. I have also included instructions and video demonstrations on the products mentioned and an FAQ on flat towing that you might find helpful.
