For your 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX hatchback wagon, you will need the CURT Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # C11120, which fits the Wagon model with dual exhaust and quad exhaust tips. This CURT hitch is Class I 1-1/4 inch hitch, and includes a drawbar, pin and clip.
To complete your towing setup, you may be interested in the following:
Curt Wiring, part # C56111
1-7/8 Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19256
For hitch accessories such as bike racks, you will be limited to those that are compatible with Class I hitches. Also, CURT requires the use of a stabilizing strap like the CURT Bike Rack Strap, part # 18050. The stabilizing strap is required to reduce jarring and torque put on the hitch by accessories like hitch bike racks.
I have linked an FAQ on trailer hitch installation tips.
