Spacers for Installing Timbren Rear Axle Jounce Helper Springs in Lifted Ram 1500

Question:

Hey hey. I put the Timbrens DR1500DQ in my 2015 ram 1500 cc eco diesel. The problem is that I have a 2 inch lift in it so they dont engage quickly. Is there a spacer or something for these to cure the problem? Thanks!

The Timbren rear-axle helper jounce spring kit # TDR1500DQ is a confirmed fit for your 2015 Ram 1500 and when installed the bottom of each jounce spring should sit about 1-inch above your axle when the truck bed is unloaded (and with no trailer hitched).

If you do need some we offer 1-inch spacer # A25723-90AH00 which has a 3/8-inch hole and 1-inch spacer # TA25723-90AD00 which has a 1/2-inch hole. You may need to locally source longer bolts.

The spring should not contact the axle unless the truck is under load. Please refer to the linked diagram to see this spring positioning in both unloaded and loaded conditions.
