Availability of 2-1/2 Inch Shank with More Drop for Blue Ox Weight Distribution System

Question:

Does the Blue Ox SwayPro 2 1/2 Receiver come with 9 holes? We have the one with 7 holes and need to down a little more to get the front of the trailer down. We have a 2017 Ford F250 Heavy Duty truck and a 2018 - 28.6 bumper pull travel trailer, we are in the 7th hole of the receiver and still have a lot of sway in the trailer.

The Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Shank referenced in your question only comes in this version that features 7 adjustment holes and a maximum drop of just 2 inches. The good news though is that weight distribution shanks are pretty much universal so you can simply go with one from a different manufacturer to get the additional drop you are needing for your Blue Ox system.

I recommend taking a look at the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Shank # EQ90-02-4900. This 2-1/2 inch shank features 6 adjustment holes but will provide a drop of up to 6 inches. It works with weight distribution systems that are rated for 600 to 1,600 pounds of tongue weight.
