Not all trailer brake controllers will operate properly with an electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) trailer brake actuator such as the Titan BrakeRight # T4813102.
Some factory controllers will function correctly if an adapter is used, an item such as # T4845900, but these do not work for all model years of factory controller. This adapter is for 2006.5 - 2012 Ford trucks and 2006.5 - 2015 Chevy trucks. The OEM controller in your 2005 F-350 may not operate correctly with EOH brakes even with the adapter.
The best solution is a superior aftermarket trailer brake controller that is directly compatible with EOH systems, one that does NOT require adapters or other fixes to work right.
The Tekonsha P2 # 90885 and the P3 # 90195 both feature a menu/setup screen that lets you select the appropriate operating mode for a trailer with EOH braking. No adapters, no fixes, just reliable operation. Both of these offer plug-in installation using harness # 3065-P.
