Best 1/2 Inch Hitch Pin that is Long Enough to Fit a 2 Inch Hitch Receiver

Question:

I bought a used bike rack that fits my 2 inch receiver hitch. However, the hole for the bike rack is a 1/2 inch hole. I cant seem to find a 1/2 inch diameter hitch pin for a 2 inch hitch receiver. Is there an adaptor Im supposed to by for my hitch?

Is there a threaded nut inside the shank of the bike rack? My guess is that is the case. I would need to know the bike rack manufacturer and the model though the model is not as important as the manufacturer. If you can tell me that information I can determine if we have the proper threaded hitch bolt for that rack.

If it does not have a threaded hitch pin hole and the issue is length you can use the Curt Clevin Pin with Handle # C45805. This pin has a 6-7/8 inch usable span so it is plenty long enough. The handle on it also makes using it easier than a standard bent pin.
