Compatibility of PullRite SuperGlide 3600 with 5th Wheel Rail Brackets on 2017 Ram 2500

Will C16427 allow for connection to the pullrite 3600 with rails shown in the photo? Ram 2500 17

The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit for Ram Truck # C16427 is a fit for your 2017 Ram 2500. It is intended to be used with industry standard rails like # C16204. The rails you have pictured are not industry standard, so I can't confirm or deny a fit with those rails.
We don't carry PullRite products, but based on some research there is an adapter (#71376) for industry standard rails like the kit # C16427-204 for other hitches with these super rails. We don't carry that adapter but my recommendation is to use the rail kit and then an adapter to make your hitch compatible.
