Expert Reply:
The Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA will fit an AL-KO 7200 drum. These brakes will not require maintenance adjustments as the shoes wear over time because they will automatically adjust as needed to give you the best braking function.
Those hubs are discontinued and uniquely sized to fit the 99 spindle, so if you need replacement hubs compatible we have the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7,000-lb Axles - 8 on 6-1/2 # 99865UC3 which are also compatible with the brake assemblies you asked about.
