Putting disc brakes on a boat trailer is a common upgrade and there are many kits as well as individual parts available. For instance the Titan Disc Brake Kit and Swing-Away Actuator w/ Electric Lockout - Single, 3,500-lb Axle # T4843300 is a common kit but it will only fit 3,500 lb trailers. I've attached an article that outlines all you need to add disc brakes to a trailer.

To get the information needed to ensure you get the proper kit or parts to create the complete setup I need some more information. You will first need to pull one of your trailer hubs and then on the face of both the inner and outer bearing there is a number. I need the inner and outer bearing numbers from that hub as well as the number on the grease seal on the back of that hub. I've attached a photo to assist.

If you can't get that information, then with that hub removed you can take some precise measurements of your spindle using a digital caliper like # PTW80157. I will need the measurement where the inner bearing, outer bearing, and grease seal sit on the spindle. I've attached a photo and an article to assist.

Let me know that info and I'd be happy to assist you in getting everything you need and answering any further questions you have about this conversion.
