Where the Tekonsha brake controller plugs in and how it wires to the vehicle depends on the vehicle. What vehicle do you have? Does it have trailer wiring currently? Hopefully its' a vehicle that has a quick install port for a brake controller like the # 3015-P which fits older Chevy Silverados. Some require hardwiring though which I attached a help article on.
