Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring Blinkers that Do Not Work After Second Harness Install on Vehicle

Question:

I have a 2015 Sonata Hybrid Limited and I bought both the Curt and this Tekonsha wiring harness. I had the same issue only brake and running lights work on trailer. No turn signals. I tested everything and it all works but still no turn signals. It is weird that 2 different products would have the same issue.

That makes me think that the problem is related to your tow vehicle and not the trailer wiring harness like the part # C56247. Have you check the turn signal fuses on your Sonata? Does the blinker seem to work fine on the vehicle? have you tried using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test the pins of the 4-way for voltage when blinkers are on?
